K3 Support Solutions follows a series of structured and detailed steps that help identify the appropriate resource for a position within the client organization. In addition to the capability of the resource, the structural and organizational fit is also determined. Our resource acquisition methods are a set of phases that have been refined over the number of engagements that we have handled.
From the point of working with the client to define the Position Profile to placing the resource our consultants work closely with the client. K3 Support Solutions goes beyond the recruitment process through follow-up processes designed to deliver utmost value to the clients.
Client Requirement Analysis
In this phase we understand the clients business in terms of the industry that the client operates in, its market position, revenue structure, human resources policies, organization structure etc. to ensure that we are better positioned to explain the client to the potential candidates.
Resource Profile Definition
Working with the client we develop a detailed profile of the position that needs to be filled in. The profile details the requirements of the position that is required to be filled. Bearing the requirements in mind a suggested best-fit skill set profile is drawn up and an agreement obtained. This enables us to identify and position the right candidate.
Resource Identification
K3 Support Solutions delves into the resource database to obtain an appropriate fit. We also reach out to individuals in organizations that employ similarly skilled resources. In a situation where recruits are required, we reach out to the educational institutions and identify excellent resources. We also encourage referrals from others that we have placed with our clients.
We also utilize the excellent contacts that we have across a wide range of industries. We keep the process transparent and provide regular status to our clients throughout the process.
Resource Evaluation
K3 Support Solutions does an in-depth match at several levels between the defined resource profile and the candidate profiles that are identified. This is followed up with a screening and validation process for credentials, level of expertise, past employment history, referrals and the aspirations of the candidates. We follow-up with a face to face interviews where we pre screen the candidate. We then present the profiles of candidates that best match the client’s requirements. Through our intense screening process we have ensured that client acceptance levels have been exceptionally high.
Resource Interviews
We facilitate the client-candidate meetings ensuring that both the parties are fully prepared to have a meaningful and fruitful interaction. Post interview debriefings are held to determine if the expectations of both the client and the candidates have matched. We are then better positioned to ensure necessary efficient follow-up action takes place.
Offer Finalization
K3 Support Solutions facilitates the offer negotiation process to produce a rapid and effective closure to the process. We ensure that the expectations of the candidate with regard to total compensation and future aspirations of the candidate are met. Similarly, we ensure that the client has the complete satisfaction of having acquired an exceptional talent at the right cost to the company.
Resource Feedback from Clients
We actively encourage our clients to provide us periodic feedback on the performance of the candidates. This process enables us to provide mentoring to the candidates in cases where our clients have retained us to do so.
